Join TAP-Chicago to learn the history and significance of the Chinese dumpling and how to prepare the dumplings at Lao Beijing Restaurant in Chinatown! The best part? You get to eat what you make! After which all guests will be served a full meal may including the following:

• Cumin Lamb Satay Beijing Style
• Moo Shu Chicken
• Hot Plate Beef with Black Pepper Sauce
